Berkhamsted Castle

The ruins of an 11th century castle with lots of space to run around and hills to run up and down. You can walk around the moat which has ducks and geese.

This place is fab! Love the history, loads of space. Parking isn't great... Only a few on road spaces and there aren't any facilities. Lovely place for a walk and for the kids to let off steam!
