Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Fidget Friends we will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 of delivery and return the product within 30.
Buyers are responsible for any costs in returning the item to us. If the item is not returned in its original packaging and condition, the buyer is repsonsible for any loss in value.
Due to the nature of these items I am unable to accept refunds for:
- Custom and personalised products
- Intimate items (health/hygience reasons)
- Food / Flowers or other perishable products
This does not apply if the products arrive damaged or defective.
Cancellation Policy
We do accept cancellations however please contact us within 14 of your order to guarantee we can accept your request.
